Can I register for multiple papers?

Yes, you can register for multiple papers. However, each paper requires a separate registration fee. One registration covers one paper presentation, including author access to all conference activities, meals, and materials. Co-authors can register at discounted rates.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made before December 15, 2025 are eligible for a 70% refund of the registration fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made after this date. However, you may transfer your registration to another colleague from your institution. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the conference if you need to transfer your registration.

Are group discounts available?

Yes! We offer special group rates for 5 or more participants from the same institution. Group discounts range from 10% to 15% depending on group size. Please email us at 1001engineeringinnov@gmail.com with your group details for a customized quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and online payment services. Detailed payment instructions will be provided after you submit your registration form. For bank transfers, please allow 2-3 business days for verification.

How do I prove my student status?

To qualify for student rates, you must provide a valid student ID or an official letter from your institution confirming your current enrollment status. You can upload these documents during registration or present them at check-in. PhD candidates and master's students are eligible for student rates.

Is virtual attendance available?

Yes, we offer virtual attendance options. Virtual participants receive access to all conference sessions via live streaming, digital conference materials, and participation certificates. Please note that virtual attendance does not include physical materials, meals, or networking events. Contact us for virtual registration rates.

Will I receive an invoice for my registration?

Yes, an official invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. The invoice includes all registration details and can be used for reimbursement purposes. If you need a specific invoice format or additional documentation, please contact us.

Do you provide visa invitation letters?

Yes, we provide official invitation letters for visa applications. After completing your registration and payment, please request an invitation letter through our conference system or by emailing us with your passport details and registration confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
